As Operations Director for our hospitality recruitment division, I’m responsible for ensuring we deliver reliable, high-quality staff who can perform from day one—no excuses. My focus is on building a strong pipeline of trained, presentable, and dependable candidates, while making sure our clients receive consistent service even during peak demand. I work closely with both clients and staff to understand expectations, solve gaps quickly, and maintain standards across every placement. In this industry, there’s no room for inefficiency—either you deliver the right people at the right time, or you lose trust, and my job is to make sure that never happens.

Supporting learners throughout their training journey — from core safety understanding to successful qualification — with the aim of preparing them for real-site conditions and long-term career progression.
I’m excited to be joining the team as a Security Trainer, bringing with me practical experience across corporate sites, warehouses, and frontline operations. My focus is on delivering training that goes beyond just passing the course—making sure every learner understands how to handle real situations on the job, from conflict management to incident response. I take a direct, no-nonsense approach to training, setting high standards and pushing learners to be fully prepared for the realities of the industry while meeting the requirements set by the Security Industry Authority. My goal is simple: produce confident, competent security professionals who can perform under pressure from day one.
